घोड़े पर आयेंगी मां, भैंस पर होंगी विदा, घोड़े पर आना क्यों अशुभ संकेत, किस दिन कौन सी देवी की होगी पूजा!

इस बार दुर्गा पूजा और नवरात्रि की शुरुआत 17 अक्तूबर से हो रही है. ऐसे में मां इस नवरात्र घोड़े को अपना वाहन बना रह धरती पर आयेंगी. इसके संकेत अच्छे नहीं हैं. माना जाता है कि घोड़े पर आने से पड़ोसी देशों से युद्ध, सत्ता में उथल-पुथल के साथ ही रोग और शोक फैलता है. बता दें कि इस बार मां भैंस पर विदा हो रही है. इसे भी शुभ नहीं माना जाता है. शारदीय नवरात्रि मां नवदुर्गा जी की उपासना का पर्व है. हर साल यह पावन पर्व श्राद्ध खत्म होते ही शुरू हो जाता है. लेकिन इस बार ऐसा अधिक मास के कारण संभव नहीं हो पाया.

शारदीय नवरात्रि का महत्व

धर्म ग्रंथों एवं पुराणों के अनुसार शारदीय नवरात्रि माता दुर्गा जी की आराधना का श्रेष्ठ समय होता है. नवरात्र के इन पावन दिनों में हर दिन मां के अलग-अलग रूपों की पूजा होती है, जो अपने भक्तों को खुशी, शक्ति और ज्ञान प्रदान करती है. नवरात्रि का हर दिन देवी के विशिष्ठ रूप को समर्पित होता है. हर देवी स्वरुप की कृपा से अलग-अलग तरह के मनोरथ पूर्ण होते हैं. नवरात्रि का पर्व शक्ति की उपासना का पर्व है.

बुराई पर अच्छाई की जीत का है त्योहार

पौराणिक कथा के अनुसार महिषासुर नाम का एक राक्षस था, जो ब्रह्मा जी का बड़ा भक्त था. उसने अपने तप से ब्रह्माजी को प्रसन्न करके एक वरदान प्राप्त कर लिया. वरदान में उसे कोई देव, दानव या पृथ्वी पर रहने वाला कोई मनुष्य मार न पाये. वरदान प्राप्त करते ही वह बहुत निर्दयी हो गया और तीनों लोको में आतंक माचने लगा. उसके आतंक से परेशान होकर देवी देवताओं ने ब्रह्मा, विष्णु, महेश के साथ मिलकर मां शक्ति के रूप में दुर्गा को जन्म दिया और मां दुर्गा ने महिषासुर का वध कर दिया.

साल में चार बार आता है नवरात्रि का पर्व:-

वैसे तो पूरे साल में चार बार नवरात्रि का पर्व मनाया जाता है, जिसमें चैत्र नवरात्रि, शारदीय नवरात्रि और दो गुप्त नवरात्रि है. व्रत रखने का अधिक महत्व चैत्र और शारदीय नवरात्रि का होता है. चैत्र और शारदीय नवरात्रि में व्रत करने पर मां का आशीर्वाद मिलता है और सभी मनोकामनायें पूरी हो जाती है.

अहमदाबाद। विश्व भर में खाद्यान्न की समस्या को देखते हुए संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने 16 अक्टूबर 1945 को विश्व खाद्य दिवस मनाने की शुरुआत की थी, जो अब भी जारी है।संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने 16 अक्टूबर, 1945 को रोम में "खाद्य एवं कृषि संगठन" (एफएओ) की स्थापना की। 

इसी को आगे बढ़ाते हुए आज अहमदाबाद में संयुक्त राष्ट्र के IOUNV INDIA के नेशनल सेक्रेटरी डॉ उवैस गुजराती (ओजस परिवार) ,रिजवान आंबलिया स्टेट को ऑर्डिनेटर और उनकी टीम द्वारा अहमदाबाद  स्थित अलग अलग स्लम बस्तियों में पोषण से भरपूर हरी सब्जियों से निर्मित शाकाहारी पुलाव का वितरण किया गया।

जिसमे शाहपुर देविपुजक बस्ती 223,रामोल 120,अंसार नगर 16 ,गायत्रीनगर 43,रखियाल स्लम एरिया में 34,कुल  450 लोगों को वितरित किया गया।

धनबाद:मटकुरिया मामला - रिकवरी एजेंट उपेंद्र सिंह ने अपनो को ही मारी गोली, चाची की मौत, दो जख्मी

धनबाद।

शुक्रवार की अहले सुबह जब धनबाद के ज्यादातर लोग अपने घरों में सोए हुए थे। उसी वक्त मटकुरिया का न्यू रेलवे कॉलोनी गोलियों की तड़तड़ाहट से गूंज उठा। बताया जा रहा है कि इस अंधाधुंध गोलीबारी में एक महिला की जान चली गई है, तो वहीं दो युवक बुरी तरह से घायल हो गए है। यह गोलीबारी अपने ही परिवार के लोगों के ऊपर आपसी रंजिश में की गई है।

जानकारी के अनुसार न्यू रेलवे कॉलोनी निवासी उपेंद्र सिंह जो पेशे से एक रिकवरी एजेंट है उनका अपने ही चचेरे भाइयों से रिकवरी एजेंटी को लेकर कोई विवाद चल रहा था। आज सुबह इसी विवाद को लेकर आरोपी उपेंद्र सिंह का अपनी ही चाची मीरा देवी से विवाद बढ़ गया। देखते ही देखते उपेंद्र सिंह और उसकी चाची के बीच हाथापाई शुरू हो गई। यह देख उपेंद्र सिंह के चचेरे भाई पिंटू सिंह और सिंटू सिंह बीच बचाव को वहाँ पहुंचे। जिसके बाद अपने आपको कमजोर पड़ता देख उपेंद्र सिंह ने अपने पास रखे बंदूक से अपनी चाची और दोनों चचेरे भाइयों पर ताबड़तोड़ 9 राउंड गोली फायर कर दी। जिससे तीनों वहीं घायल होकर गिर पड़े। जबकि आरोपी उपेंद्र सिंह मौके से फरार हो गया। यह पूरी घटना वहाँ लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कैद हो गई है।

गोलियों की आवाज सुन आसपास के लोग घटना स्थल पर इकट्ठा हो गए। इसके बाद लोगों की मदद से तत्काल तीनों को इलाज के लिए अस्पताल भेजा गया। जहाँ से मीरा देवी की गंभीर हालत को देखते हुए डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें बेहतर इलाज के लिए दुर्गापुर रेफर कर दिया लेकिन रास्ते मे ही उनकी मौत हो गई। फिलहाल पुलिस घायलों के बयान पर मामला दर्ज कर आरोपी रिकवरी एजेंट उपेंद्र सिंह की गिरफ्तारी के लिए छापेमारी करने में जुटी है।

नशीला पदार्थ खिलाकर महिला से दुष्कर्म के आरोप में हुआ शाहरुख गिरफ्तार

चतरा। नेटवर्किंग कंपनी में काम करने वाली महिला को एक पुरुष सहकर्मी ने ग्राहक देने के नाम पर धोखे से बिहार के गया बुलाया और वहां उसके साथ दो दिनों तक दुष्कर्म किया। महिला किसी तरह से उसके चंगुल से भाग कर मायके पहुंची और पूरी कहानी घर वालों को बताई। इसके बाद थाने में मामला दर्ज कराया गया। पुलिस ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए आरोपित युवक को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

_जानकारी के अनुसार शनिवार को नेटवर्किंग कंपनी में काम करने वाला एक पुरुष सहकर्मी मो. इकबाल के पुत्र शाहरुख ने महिला को नेटवर्किंग के एक ग्राहक देने के लिए फोन कर गया जिले के डोभी बुलाया। महिला उसके बुलावे पर अपने पांच वर्षीय पुत्र के साथ चली गई। वहां पहुंचने के बाद युवक उसे यह कहते हुए गया ले गया कि संबंधित ग्राहक वहां चला गया है।

फिर युवक ने होटल में उसे चाय के साथ किसी नशीली पदार्थ को मिलाकर पिला दिया। इसके बाद उसके साथ दो दिनों तक दुष्कर्म किया। सोमवार को महिला वहां से बच्चे को लेकर किसी प्रकार से भागकर अपने मायके पहुंची और घटना की जानकारी परिवार वालों को दी। परिवार वाले उसे लेकर थाना गए और युवक के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई। पुलिस ने आरोपित युवक को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

Bollywood comes together to seek redress against the irresponsible, derogatory and defamatory reporting by certain media houses

 Mumbai.

Today, a civil suit has been filed before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court by four Bollywood industry associations and thirty four leading Bollywood producers praying the Hon’ble Court direct Republic TV, Mr. Arnab Goswami and Mr. Pradeep Bhandari of Republic TV, Times Now, Mr. Rahul Shivshankar and Ms. Navika Kumar of Times Now, and unknown defendants as well as social media platforms to refrain from making or publishing irresponsible, derogatory and defamatory remarks against Bollywood as a whole and members of Bollywood, and to restrain them from conducting media trials of Bollywood personalities and interfering with the right to privacy of persons associated with Bollywood. The Plaintiffs are also praying that the Defendants abide by the provisions of the Programme Code under the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994, and to withdraw, recall and take down all the defamatory content published by them against Bollywood.

 

This comes in the wake of these channels using highly derogatory words and expressions for Bollywood such as “dirt”, “filth”, “scum”, “druggies” and expressions such as “it is Bollywood where the dirt needs to be cleaned”, “all the perfumes of Arabia cannot take away the stench and the stink of this filth and scum of the underbelly of Bollywood”, “This is the dirtiest industry in the country”, and “cocaine and LSD drenched Bollywood”.

 

It is pleaded that Bollywood is a distinct and well recognised class, comprising the Hindi film industry in Mumbai. Since several years Bollywood is a huge source of revenue for the public exchequer, earns significant foreign  exchange for India by way of revenue from overseas releases of films, tourism etc., and is a big source of employment, with various other industries also being largely dependent on it. Bollywood is unique and stands on a different footing from any other industry inasmuch as it is an industry that is dependent almost solely on goodwill, appreciation and acceptance of its audience. The livelihood of persons associated with Bollywood is being severely impacted by the smear campaign being run by the Defendants. This is in addition to the ongoing pandemic which has resulted in extreme revenues and work opportunity loss. The privacy of the members of Bollywood is being invaded, and their reputations are being irreparably damaged  by painting the entire Bollywood as criminals, seeped in drug culture, and making being part of Bollywood as synonymous with criminal acts in the public imagination.

It is interesting that this is not the first time that legal action has been initiated against the Defendants. On several previous occasions some of the Defendants have been penalized and reprimanded and have had orders passed against them by Courts and authorities for irresponsible reportage and defamatory content and have been found guilty of broadcasting unsubstantiated and incorrect news. For example, even after the case involving the unfortunate death of actor Mr. Sushant Singh Rajput (which appears to have triggered the diatribe against Bollywood) was transferred to the CBI, these Defendants indulged in what could be aptly described as a frenzy suggesting that the CBI would start making arrests. That has still not happened.

 

Some of the Defendants are also openly flouting the Programme Code framed under Section 5 of the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 contained in Rule 6 of the Cable Television Network Rules, 1994, which governs the television channels owned and operated by these Defendants. These Defendants are conducting and publishing parallel private ‘investigations’ and effectively acting as “courts” to condemn persons connected with Bollywood as guilty based on what they claim is “evidence” found by them, thereby trying to make a mockery of the criminal justice system.

 

The Plaintiffs are not seeking a blanket gag order against media reportage of the investigation in the cases relating to the death of Mr. Sushant Singh Rajput or of FIRs No. 15 and 16/2020 filed by the NCB, Mumbai. The Plaintiffs are merely seeking perpetual and mandatory injunction against the Defendants from carrying on reportage and publication of material that violates applicable laws.

 

The suit has been filed by DSK Legal on behalf of the Plaintiffs.

Business Leader Amit B. Wadhwani co-producer of movie Narendra Modi receives threat on social media

Mumbai.

Industrialist Amit B. Wadhwani co-producer of movie Narendra Modi has lodged a complained with the cyber cell on Monday morning after receiving death threats online. A Facebook account by the name of Optimistix took strong objection to his association with the movie which is all set to release in theatres. Posting an image of him and his infant son, the Facebook user threatened him with life going ahead to make slanderous remarks on his family.

The movie Narendra Modi has been in news lately for being the first movie to release post Covid-19 lockdown. In the backdrop of elections last year, the opposition parties especially Congress had cried hoarse on the biographical movie on the life of the Prime Minister. 

Amit B. Wadhwani is an Industrialist and Business Leader with interests and investments in various business right from Real Estate, Ed-Tech to Auto Tech companies. Apart from his existing businesses, the movie Narendra Modi marks his first leap into the lucrative Bollywood industry. Amit B Wadhwani has always been a known name in Bollywood circles and his flagship brand SAI has associated with high profile events in the past. Given the current state of affairs in Bollywood with many in the dock on drug charges, the threat on Amit B Wadhwani points to a larger network which may be working at the behest of Bollywood fraternity.

Wadhwani after visiting the Cyber cell stated "I have been active on social media and contributing as a thought leader in the industry and also providing updates on the latest Business moves and industry trends. As co-producer of PM Narendra Modi, I have recieved threat comments on social media warning me of dire consequences. While trollers are common and insignificant, the nature of threat and bringing in my family into this is disturbing for a law abiding citizen and business leader like me. I wasn't sure whether there is a wider nexus or pattern to it given the recent developments in Bollywood industry. I have filed an official complaint with the cyber cell who have assured me to look into this"
