UP STF: गाय भैंसों के सामने आ जाने के कारण विकास दुबे मारा गया

कानपुर में विकास दुबे के एनकाउंटर पर विपक्षी दलों ने सवाल उठाते हुए न्यायिक जांच की मांग की है।जबकि पुलिस का दावा है कि विकास दुबे ने भागने की कोशिश की थी, इस दौरान उसे गोली लगी।कानपुर के बिकरू गांव में आठ पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या के मामले का मुख्य आरोपी विकास दुबे का आज एनकाउंटर हो गया। आज सुबह कानपुर के भौती इलाके में कथित पुलिस मुठभेड़ में दुर्दांत अपराधी विकास दुबे मारा गया। इस एनकाउंटर के बाद कई सवाल उठ रहे थे।

जिससे अब खुद एसटीएफ ने पर्दा उठा दिया है।एसटीएफ की ओर से आधिकारिक बयान जारी कर विकास दुबे की एनकाउंटर की पूरी कहानी बयां की गई है। पढ़ें एसटीएफ का बयान:

An open letter to Senior Superintendent of Police(SSP), Poonch by Salil Raina,Editor,Poonch Today

JB SINGH.                                Salil Raina,Editor, Poonch Today has sent an open letter to the SSP,Poonch requesting him to take an immediate action against the threat to him to curb his voice in the field of journalism.

In the aforementioned letter he had put the below point,in his own words:-

1. Sir, writing stories/news based on true facts and figures is the hallmark of a professional journalist and I have been doing my professional journalism for the last ten years based purely on professional approach.

2. During this journey, I never hesitated to call a spade a spade based on true facts, because I cannot write a single line without having full proof at my back as it’s an ethical and professional obligation for a professional journalist.

3. Sir, I highlighted many positive stories and also exposed many wrong acts, whether in administration, political set up or in civil society and those who were involved in such wrong acts, first tried to capture my soul with an aim of hitting my conscience, but when they failed, then they tried to put pressure on me from all angles to curb my voice. Again, when they failed, then they are left with no option rather than branding me as a threat for peace and law and order, which is far away from truth as whole Poonch (Nationalist mindset people) know my credentials well.

4. Its very unfortunate that large number of people have been branding me as a threat to peace, and those people themselves remained neck deep involved in various frauds and many unlawful acts, including getting foreign funding for doubtful activities here and were remained under watchful eyes(still are) of security agencies for the last 30 years and even for more drastic acts, which I cannot reveal here openly due to security interest of the nation as Police is well aware of what I am talking about.

4. Sir, S.K bridge issue has remained in limelight, because administration time and again declared the area as “Red Zone” due to horrible 2014 flood, and if myself has exposed violation of “Red Zone” order in the interest of whole Poonch city, then I don’t think that I have done an act of so called communalism and law and order problem as being propagated by these wrong forces. I regularly write stories on violation of “Red zone” order, having full proofs including various government orders at my back, but these wrong forces are trying to give it a communal shape and this tactics of them has the capacity to disturb peace here and your good self need to take action against such forces who are deliberately trying to hide their open frauds and various unlawful acts by using, unfortunately words like “Bhaichara”, “Secularism”, “Communalism”, “Ganga Jamuna Tehzeeb”, because law of the land is supreme and not these political motivated words as such non credible words cannot hoodwink law enforcing agencies and educated people.

5. Sir, I have earned the credibility of being truthful and straightforward journalist, who has the guts to call a spade a spade and those forces, who failed to capture me by other means, now are branding me as threat to peace, but the reality is else as these very forces are threat to peace and law and order as majority of them remained under radar for their multifaceted and doubtful activities, but unfortunately have been considered as so called important citizens.

6. These forces, on one hand are doing various frauds by raising illegal structures in Red Zone areas in addition of capturing water bodies, roads and culverts, but on the other hand, they are threatening journalists, who show guts in exposing them, purely in public interest. Sir, due to illegal constructions in “Red Zone”, Poonch city is under the direct threat of floods and if I am raising this issue time and again, then I think, I am doing this purely in the interest of whole Poonch as I have no personal enmity with anybody. If flood strikes again, then this “Red Zone” belt will work as a big “Dam” due to presence of many concrete structures, and ultimately, accumulated water will hit Poonch city from other ways.

7. The other day, few forces with disbelieving credentials organized a press conference and spoke against me and an Early Times Journalist and labeled us as blackmailers and as a threat to peace, which is very unfortunate.

8. Sir, in Poonch, it has become a fashion that those journalists or any body, who always stand with truth are being considered as threat to peace and also “Communal” which is every unfortunate. Those forces, who have doubtful credentials as per inputs of various agencies are doing all this drama to hide their various frauds.

9. The area near river bed cannot be used for construction activities, but can be used for agriculture purpose only as it’s a state land, but these forces have violated all government orders by capturing roads, water bodies and culverts and have made a mockery of administration and the people of Poonch.

10. Sir, I respect all and have no personally enmity with any body (Including officers, political leaders or any social figure), but as per true ethics and professional obligation being a Journalist, I am bound to raise issue of public and national interest and if myself is publishing truth of any kind, then I don’t think that I am a threat to peace and law and order as being propagated by these people with cynical credentials. Intentionally, I never believe in hurting anybody, but cannot compromise with true ethics of Journalism. Those people who indulge in various unlawful acts always relate everything to “Bhaichara” “Secularism” and “Law and order” problem to hide their frauds and unlawful acts and unfortunately, it has become a constant practice in Poonch which needs to be stopped henceforth to avoid regular blackmailing of such forces with administration(Civil and Police). Such forces need to be shown their true place.

9. Since, you are head of Police in Poonch district, so I thought to bring this matter into your kind notice in written, that too openly, that those forces, who deliberately trying to hide their various frauds by giving it a communal look and by threatening “POONCH TODAY”, must be brought to justice, because law of the land is supreme and not so called “Bhaichara” being propagated by these wrong forces to hide their repeated misdeeds. Sir, truth is supreme and no body can beat it by using any politically motivated words like “Bhaichara” “Secularism” “Communalism” and “Ganga Jamuna Tehseeb.” I am law abiding citizen and believe in “Insaniyat”, “Nationalism” and publishing truth in national interest only, but those forces who are trying to slander my image by giving indirectly threats of law and order problems should be taken to task in the interest of peace and truth and oblige.

झारखंड के 12 हजार वकीलों के लाइसेंस पर खतरा,आखिर क्यों...

झारखंड के 12 हजार वकीलों के लाइसेंस पर खतरा उत्पन्न हो गया है। इन वकीलों ने यदि अपने प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन नहीं कराया, तो इनके लाइसेंस रद्द कर दिए जाएंगे और वकालत पर रोक लगा दी जाएगी। सत्यापन के लिए झारखंड बार कौंसिल सभी वकीलों को अंतिम अवसर दे रही है। अगस्त तक सभी को सत्यापन करा लेना होगा।

बार कौंसिल ऑफ इंडिया ने सभी राज्यों के बार कौंसिल को वकीलों का सत्यापन कराने का निर्देश दिए जाने के बाद उन्हें अंतिम अवसर दिया है। झारखंड बार कौंसिल से करीब 31 हजार वकील निबंधित हैं और अभी तक 19 हजार ने ही अपने प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन कराया है। बार कौंसिल सभी जिलों के बार संघों को प्रमाणपत्र का सत्यापन कराने के लिए नियमित पत्र भेजती रही है, लेकिन कुछ वकील इसका विरोध कर रहे हैं।

राज्य के सभी वकीलों को अपने प्रमाणपत्रों को सत्यापन कराने का निर्देश दिया गया था। लेकिन 12 हजार वकीलों ने इसके लिए फॉर्म नहीं भरा है। सभी वकीलों को अपने प्रमाणपत्रों के साथ एक फॉर्म भर कर देना होता है। फिर बार कौंसिल संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय और संस्थानों में प्रमाणपत्रों की जांच के लिए भेजती है। सत्यापन पूरा होने के बाद वकील को कौंसिल के सभी कार्यक्रमों में शामिल होने की छूट मिलती है। कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ और कौंसिल के चुनाव में भाग लेने की अनुमति मिलती है।

एक माह में सत्यापन पूरा करे विश्वविद्यालय : बार कौंसिल ऑफ इंडिया ने देश के सभी विश्वविद्यालयों को राज्य की बार कौंसिल से भेजे गए प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन एक माह में पूरा कर रिपोर्ट भेजने का निर्देश दिया है। बार कौंसिल ने कहा है कि प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन एक माह में कर दें। इसमें किसी प्रकार का विलंब नहीं किया जाए।

प्रमाणपत्र गुम और फट जाने की दे रहे दलील : राज्य के अधिकांश वकील इस नियम का विरोध कर रहे हैं। वकीलों का कहना है कि वह 40 साल से प्रैक्टिस कर रहे हैं। उनका प्रमाणपत्र अब फट गया है। कुछ वकीलों का कहना है कि प्रमाणपत्र गुम हो गया है। इतने साल प्रैक्टिस करने के बाद फिर से प्रमाणपत्र की जांच कराने का निर्णय उचित नहीं है। जिनके पास प्रमाणपत्र नहीं है, उनके लिए संबंधित बार कौंसिल से नियमित प्रैक्टिस का प्रमाणपत्र ही मान्य होना चाहिए।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी अनिवार्य बताया : सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बार कौंसिल के वेरिफिकेशन रूल्स 2015 के तहत सभी बार कौंसिल को वकीलों के प्रमाणपत्रों के सत्यापन को अनिवार्य बताया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसे अनिवार्य रूप से लागू करने का निर्देश दिया है। इसके बाद सभी बार कौंसिल प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन करा रही हैं।

नियमित प्रैक्टिस करने का भी देना होगा प्रमाणपत्र : झारखंड के वकीलों को अपने नियमित प्रैक्टिस का भी प्रमाणपत्र देना होगा। वकीलों को अपने जिला बार संघों से नियमित प्रैक्टिस के प्रमाणपत्र के साथ कोर्ट के कुछ आदेश भी जमा करने होंगे, जिसमें उनकी बहस करने का उल्लेख किया गया हो। सभी बार संघों से भी अभी तक इसकी पूरी सूची बार कौंसिल को नहीं मिली है। इसके लिए भी सभी बार संघों को नोटिस दिया गया है।

निबंधन करा दूसरा काम करते हैं : वकालत की डिग्री लेने के बाद कई लोग प्रैक्टिस के लिए बार कौंसिल से निबंधन कराते हैं। इसके बाद संबंघित जिलों के बार संघों की संबद्धता भी हासिल करते हैं। लेकिन वह प्रैक्टिस नहीं करते। कई लोग दूसरा व्यवसाय करते हैं और वकीलों की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ भी लेते हैं। ऐसे लोगों को चिन्हित कर बार कौंसिल लाइसेंस रद्द करेगी। झारखंड बार काउंसिल के उपाध्यक्ष राजेश शुक्ल ने कहा कि वेरिफिकेशन रूल्स 2015 के तहत सभी वकीलों को अपने प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन कराना है। इसके लिए सभी बार संघों को नोटिस दिया गया है। जो वकील अभी तक सत्यापन नहीं कराए हैं, उन्हें नोटिस दिया गया है।

१)सुबह के समय दातुन के लिए नीम, बबूल या गुड़वेल की डंठल या आयुर्वेदिक दंतमंजन का प्रयोग करें।

२) नियमित योगाभ्यास करें व विशेष रूप से प्राणायाम (कपालभाति, अनुलोम विलोम) का अभ्यास करें ताकि आपका श्वसन तंत्र मजबूत रहे।

३)चाय बनाते समय तुलसी, लौंग, अदरक , दालचीनी, यष्टिमधु, काली मिर्च का प्रयोग करें।

४) पानी उबालकर पिएं व अधिक मात्रा में सेवन करें।

५)भोजन में दालचीनी, कालीमिर्च, लहसुन, प्याज, पुदीना, अदरक का प्रयोग अधिक मात्रा में करे।

६)नींद पर्याप्त मात्रा में ले।

७) आधा चम्मच हल्दी 1 ग्लास गर्म दूध में डालकर पिएं।

८) विटामिन सी का प्रयोग अधिक मात्रा में करें जैसे- मोसंबी, नींबू, आंवला, टमाटर, ब्रोकली इत्यादि।

९) लौंग, ज्येष्ठमध और बहेड़े को देसी घी में भूनकर रख लें। इन्हें समय-समय पर मुंह में रखकर चूसते रहे।

१०) इम्युनिटी बढ़ाने के लिए हमने एक काढ़े का फार्मुला बनाया है जिसके बेहतर परिणाम मिल रहे है। इम्युनिटी काढे के घटक दव्य इस प्रकार है। 1)तुलसी 2) कालीमिर्च 3)दालचीनी 4) सौंठ पावडर 5) गुड़वेल 6)ज्येष्ठमध (मीठी काठी) 7) हरड़ 8) अश्वगंधा 9) हल्दी। इसका काढ़ा या पावडर (3 gm) खाली पेट ले सकते है।

११)रसायन के रूप में च्यवनप्राश का प्रयोग करें।

१२) पंचकर्म में नस्य व गंडूष करें। नाक में शुध्द घी/पंचगव्य घृत/षडबिंदु तेल/अणुतेल की 2-2 बूंद डाले। इसे नस्य कहते हैं। गंडूष के लिए एक चम्मच नारियल तेल या तिल तेल मुंह में लेकर 5-10 मिनट तक रखकर बाहर फेंक दें। इसे Oil pulling भी कहते है।

१३) तनावग्रस्त न रहें, प्रफुल्लित, प्रसन्न व पाॅज़िटिव रहें।

रेप पीड़िता को इंसाफ दिलाने की जिम्मेदार महिला सब इंस्पेक्टर ही 35 लाख में बिक चुकी थी

जिस के कंधे पर इंसाफ दिलाने की जिम्मेवारी थी वही बिक चुकी थी, जिसके कारण रेप पीड़िता को इंसाफ नहीं मिल पाया. क्योंकि इंसाफ दिलाने और केस की जांच करने वाली महिला सब इंस्पेक्टर को आरोपी ने 35 लाख रुपए रिश्वत मांगी थी। यह मामला गुजरात के अहमदाबाद की है।

रिश्वत लेने की खबर से पुलिस महकमे में हड़कंप मच गया।तुरंत आरोपी महिला सब इंस्पेक्टर को गिरफ्तार कर कोर्ट में पेश किया गया।जिसके बाद तीन दिन के लिए पुलिस ने अपने हिरासत में लिया है।पूछताछ जारी है। आरोपी महिला सब-इंस्पेक्टर श्वेता जड़ेजा अहमदाबाद की महिला पुलिस स्टेशन की इंचार्ज थी।

दो महिलाओं ने अपने ही कंपनी के डायरेक्टर केनल शाह पर रेप का आरोप लगाया था। जिसके बाद मामला दर्ज किया गया था। मामला दर्ज होते ही श्वेता जड़ेजा ने आरोपी से 35 लाख रुपये रिश्वत की मांग कर डाली।कहा कि अगर पैसा नहीं मिला तो आरोपी के खिलाफ वह कड़ी कार्रवाई करेगी। केनल के भाई मामले को सेटल करने के लिए पहुंचा। जिसमें से 15 लाख रुपए श्वेता को मिल चुका था।बाकी पैसा बाद में देना था।लेकिन इस बीच आरोपी के भाई भावेश ने एक शिकायत पुलिस को दे दी थी।जिसकी जांच शुरू हुई तो कई शिकायत सही मिली। जिसके बाद क्राइम ब्रांच ने श्वेता के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कराया।
